My Story
I come from a multicultural background. My children, recent university graduates, now reside in the United States. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to work in various countries including Italy, Spain, Japan, Southeast Asia, Germany, and Austria.

From an early age, I've been captivated by people and their unique journeys towards happiness, expressed through language. During high school, I took it upon myself to learn foreign languages, driven by a desire to better understand diverse cultures while traveling abroad. As I matured, this passion evolved into my chosen profession.
With years of experience as a Psychological Counselor, I have successfully guided and supported individuals of all cultures and ages, from adults to young adults and teenagers. My academic background in psychological counseling has granted me a profound insight into the complexities of the human mind and behavior.

In addition to my practical experience, I hold a Master's degree in Psycho-Social Counseling, further enhancing my ability to provide a unique and comprehensive approach to Counseling. My understanding of the intricate interplay between societal influences and individual psychology assists me in guiding clients through their personal journeys. My ultimate goal is to empower individuals to navigate their path with confidence.
I also have extensive experience in working with neurodiverse students, including those with ADHD,
Autism, Dyslexia, and other unique conditions. My objective is to cultivate an environment where these students feel truly understood, valued, and empowered. I assist them in recognizing their potential, harnessing their skills, and navigating their academic and social journeys.

With my certification in Family Counseling from the Austrian Government, I possess the necessary expertise to navigate complex family dynamics. My specialization lies in fostering effective communication, resolving conflicts, and strengthening relationships among family members. I also extend my services to couple counseling and divorce mediation. As a divorce mediator, I am committed to facilitate constructive conversations between parties, with a primary focus on creating a supportive environment for the children involved.

My overarching aim as a counselor is to cultivate a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where my clients can freely express and explore their thoughts and feelings. I strive to provide my clients with the necessary tools and strategies to foster self-awareness, resilience, and personal growth.

I am fluent in English, German, Spanish, Italian, and speak some Japanese.

I am currently located in Vienna, Austria, where I meet with clients both in person and online, connecting with clients from various countries around the world.
