Personal Counseling
Individual counseling is a powerful tool that enables individuals to explore their feelings, beliefs, and behaviors, work through challenging memories, identify aspects of their lives that they would like to change, better understand themselves and others, set personal goals, and work towards a happier life. Art-Therapy
When we participate in a creative process, our reasoning and rationality step aside and work in the background, allowing our sub-conscious to express itself through the "flow" of creativity. These advancements allow us to gain new perspectives. Limits that seemed insurmountable before vanish as we come upon new aspects of our future.
